The Howe Group of Companies purchased A & N Estates
in 2005, following the previous appointment by Howe Homes
Limited of A & N Estates as selling and letting agents
in 2000.
The Company had traded as Estate Agents and insurance
brokers from Barton Upon Humber and immingham since
the late 1970`s, the Chairman and founder of the Howe
Group of companies Mr A. R. Howe, together with his
twin brother Niel had been Estate Agents trading as
Inter-City Estate Agents, from Carr Lane, Hull, from
the late 1970s.
A & N Estate Agents Limited have built up a reputation
for letting residential property which includes the
portfolio of the Howe Group, who own property in West
and East Yorkshire as well as in North and North East
Lincolnshire.
The Company is looking to expand by venturing in to
Holiday letting with apartments in Tenerife , which
are owned by the Howe Group. Also the Company is involved
in property sales offering attractive terms with an
efficient service the Company's daily tasks are undertaken
by Mr Wayne Howe and his sister Natalie Howe, who together
run the company and are assisted by Gemma and Sonia
who all operate from 12, George Street. Barton Upon
Humber.

properties in West & East Yorkshire and in North &
North East Lincolnshire.
Due to taxation, the policy of the company is to sell
a small section of their portfolio each year.
